Akumu and Spike

My friend and I were having a conversation and I wondered, what if Akumu (my evil Gallade) and Spike (his Gallade) were friends?  Soon we decided that I should draw them looking curiously at Spike's Life Orb, and wondering how it works and where it gets its power.  The Life Orb gives Pokémon more power in exchange for some of their life energy every time they attack, but I'm sure all Akumu heard was "more power."

The background is a result of me wanting to experiment, and while I'm happy with what I did, it's only a start!
